Hi All

I ve had a bit of a look on the internet and found this website which perhaps goes into a little more detail.

bhttp://news.softpedia.com/news/Alcohol-Consumption-Eases-Rheumatoid-Arthritis-149425.shtml

I used to drink a little red wine, well I will start again and stay within the guidelines - every little help!

Julia

Hi Jean

Oh no I m not sensible at all ! What would I be doing on here if I was LOL

Have just treated myself to a nice bottle of red from the Co op, on a special, I know how to live it up !

At least if I do not make sense in the future, you ll know the reason why.

Lots of love Julia xx

LOL...glad you enjoyed it.

I was the only person, let alone expecting lady, down the wine aisle in Tescos today! Marie, my 12 yr old, told me it was embarrassing! It was only two bottles!

I am quite good today but feeling nauseous which is never a positive sign before bed!

love,

Amanda
